The most frequent payment method for small orders (up to 10 000 CZK). Your ordered goods will be delivered to you by Czech post or PPL delivery service and you will pay in cash in the moment of delivery. The price includes postage and price for cash on delivery service in according to valid rates of particular shipping company. The amount of money usually does not exceed 130 CZK (when the cost of your order exceeds 3000 CZK including VAT, the postage is free - see postage and packing charges). In the moment of taking of the delivery you will pay whole amount of money directly to the shipping company. This kind of delivery service is possible only in the Czech Republic.
Goods can be picked up personally in the place of company on address Brněnská 371, Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. The entrance is situated in the Na Brně street on the left side of the Petrof piano showroom. We can open the door for you after you ring the doorbell. Main office and the sample room is situated on the 1st floor of the building. These premises are not meant to be retail shop. It serves exclusively as a distribution point for the goods which were ordered in e-shop. You can browse some of our goods there but you cannot try them on or unwrap them from the original wrapping. It is possible to pick up and pay your ordered goods in cash in this place. It is not possible to pay by payment card in our office, but you can pay by the credit card in advance and offtake your goods there. When you pay by credit card the offtake is possible after several hours from payment, ideally the next day because we need to wait for the confirmation of the payment by the bank. We are open from Monday until Friday, from 7am to 3pm.
Banking service for safe on-line shopping. Customer can use this service for on-line credit transfer to our account. This service is fast and safe both for the seller and customer. This service is free for the customer.
The payment by card is fast and easy. When the payment is confirmed we can proceed to the execution of an order. However, this method of payment is possible only with on-line order. The customer cannot use the payment card in the place of the company.
This payment method is to be arranged with us in advance, preferably by e-mail. After the invoice amount is credited to our account we send the goods to the customer or if preferred hand the customer the goods in the company address personally.
The most easy payment method when we sell goods to the other countries is by payment card. However, the goods can be also paid in advance (see Pro Forma Invoice). The price of the shipping differs according to the rates for individual countries. Please contact us for further information.
The goods in stock are shipped within two working days after receiving the order in case of payment methods cash on delivery and online payments. In case of Pro Forma invoice the goods are shipped within 24 hours after the invoice amount is credited to our account. The delivery time is individual in case of atypical size etc. and if the delivery time exceeds two weeks the company asks customer by phone or e-mail whether he/she agree with the length of the delivery time.
The maximum delivery time limit is arranged in the telephonic confirmation of the order.
The prices in this e-shop are including VAT and they are always valid for the particular one item or set of items as it is stated the description of the goods. We do not charge PACKING with any goods.
We charge postage with the orders under the price of 1000 CZK (incl. VAT) according to the valid rates of the shipping company. When the value of the order exceeds 1000 CZK and we are shipping in the area of Czech Republic the postage becomes free. Customers outside of the Czech Republic usually pay the postage in full. It is possible to personally arrange special mean of transport of goods with the bigger orders.

DPD Parcel SHOP - offtake at particular distribution points
Advantages: If the postman does not manage to reach you at you delivery address, he will leave a note in your letterbox and the parcel will remain at the local post office for 14 days. You can collect it there in the opening hours of the particular post office. It is often possible to collect the goods even on Saturday and Sunday. This option is suitable for those who are usually away from their homes by day and cannot be present when the postman arrives.
Disadvantages: The Czech post does not guarantee the exact day of parcel delivery. It takes usually from two to five days, according to the season.
Price for a parcel delivery: 130 CZK and 100 CZK using card payment.
Notice: The Czech post charges additional 120 CZK fee for oversized parcels. If your parcel would belong to this category, we would notify you in advance.
Advantages: the goods are delivered on the delivery address in two days. It can be your home, workplace, or any other place which you specify. If the delivery service fails to reach you at the specific address, they will call you. For this reason it is necessary to give your telephone number to the delivery service. This solution is advantageous for those, who need the goods to be delivered as quickly as possible. If you have serious reasons why you cannot be present at the previously stated address you can call the central office of the PPL in your city and arrange different way of handing over of your goods. This service is usually reliable.
Disadvantages: addressee must be present at the previously arranged address on the day of the delivery. PPL service does not store packages or leave delivery notes in the letterbox. If they fail to reach the addressee they sometimes try to deliver the parcel one again on the following day and then they send it back to the sender.
Price for a parcel delivery: 130 CZK and 96 CZK using card payment.
DPD service delivers parcels in two working days. If the delivery service fails to reach you at home, they can deliver you the parcel on the following day.
You will receive the information about the delivery via text message or e-mail and information for authorization to the DPD parcel delivery application. You will get exact time (approximately 2 our interval) of the delivery on the day of delivery.
DPD parcel delivery application on the website www.dpdkuryr.cz enables you to change address, day of delivery. You can choose to pick up your parcel personally in DPD ParcelShop. In bigger cities you can choose delivery time (morning, afternoon, or evening), you can also send the message to the deliverer.
You can in cash or by a payment card.
DPD parcel shop has more than 80 branches where you can pick up your ordered goods. You can choose any of these branches. Most of parcel shops are also opened during weekend. You can pay by card in DPD and Mountfield pick-up points. The service includes information about status of your order, which you will receive by text message or e-mail (in the moment of handing the parcel from sender to delivery service and in the moment of storing your package in pick-up point). You will be also notified by e-mail if you do not pick-up your parcel after four days of storing in particular parcel shop. The parcel can be stored in parcel shop for seven days.
Price for a parcel delivery: 50 CZK
You can pick up your ordered goods in the building of the YATE company on address: Brněnská 371, Hradec Králové, on the first floor.
Advantages: You can examine the goods before purchasing and you can immediately use it. That can be useful especially if you are in hurry and you are leaving on holiday. Also you do not pay any postage. However,it is not possible to pay by card, you can pay only in cash.
Disadvantages: If you live far away and you do not have enough time, it is not convenient to travel to the place of our company because of the loss of time. Because we are wholesale store, our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 7AM to 3PM.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A CONTRACT
If the contract was concluded by the means of distance communication, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract completed through the e-shop within 14 days of the receipt of goods, without stating any reasons for the withdrawal.
In case you choose wrong size you can ask for exchange for another size in 14 days following taking delivery of the goods. The goods for exchange must not show any signs of wear and must be sent back (or personally handed) after prior arrangement in the original wrapping with all the labels and tags. The original document which certifies that the product was bought in the Yate spol. s r.o. e-shop must be added.

The processors may only perform the personal data processing activities for YATE on the basis of the duly concluded contract on personal data processing.
Under certain conditions your personal data may be provided to state authorities (Czech police forces, courts, tax authority etc.), in connection with the enforcement / execution of their statutory powers.
We keep your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded between the company you are representing and YATE and / or for the duration of your registration to YATE services.
Upon the end of your contractual relation between the company you are representing and YATE, and / or upon the expiration / termination of your registration to our services, we continue keeping and processing your personal data only for the purposes and duration we are obliged to do so pursuant to the generally binding regulations.
In case we have your consent with personal data processing for the purposes of commercial / marketing communication distribution, we keep your personal data for 5 years from the date your consent was given to us.
As soon as the standard period of personal data keeping or the statutory period expires, we will either anonymize or erase your personal data from our databases or systems.
We always process your personal data in a transparent way, properly and in accordance with GDPR as well as the applicable legislation. You are entitled at any time, to request access to the personal data that are processed about you and to have erroneous personal data corrected. You are further entitled to withdraw consent to particular processing (where such consent has been obtained from you). In case you want to withdraw your consent to particular processing and there is no other relevant / legitimate reason for further processing of your personal data or in case you refuse to receive commercial communication / newsletter from our company, you are entitled to request erasing of your personal data or restriction to their processing.
To enforce your right to access your personal data or other rights, simply send a written request by mail to the registered seat of YATE or by electronic mail to obchod@yate.cz.
You are also entitled, at any time, to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, i.e. the Personal Data Protection Office, if you consider that your personal data has been processed in contravention of applicable data protection legislation. By completing the electronic order, the buyer accepts all stated provisions of the Terms and conditions in force on the day of the ordering. Customer further accepts the final price of the order as amended on the day of the order (plus potential transportation costs) according to the price list on the webpage of the YATE spol. s r.o. company. By sending the order, the buyer is irrevocably bound by the order for the period of time determined for delivery of the goods.
Complaints and warranty conditions
The warranty period of each particular product is stated on the warranty card of the product. If the warranty is not stated, it is for the period of 24 months as stated by the law of the Czech Republic.
The customer has no warranty or liability claims for defects caused by improper use of the product and by its ordinary wear and tear.
The warranty is also not valid, when the warranty card contains modified, removed, or illegible serial number or product name.
Returned goods must be delivered on the address of Yate spol. s r.o., section of complaints - Brněnská 371, 500 06 Hradec Králové. The precise written description of the problem with the product must be added. This description should also contain choice of the customer’s refund option given by the law of the Czech Republic. In other cases, the warranty claim would be considered to be invalid.
Warranty claim will be assessed with in accordance to instructions given by producer of the particular goods. More precisely, the goods are sent to the producer to be assessed and the warranty claim to be executed.
Returned goods must be clean and properly packaged protected against the damage during transport. The original document which certifies that the product was bought in the Yate spol. s r.o. e-shop must be added.
The fees for the shipping are covered by the customer.
The maximum time for the execution of the warranty claim is set by the law of the Czech Republic on 30 days. However, we will try to execute all warranty claims in shortest time possible.

We offer 4 year warranty for chosen self inflating mats.
4 year warranty applies only to material or manufacturing defects.
Customers receive a warranty list together with the mat, which has 4 year warranty. This filled warranty list has to be delivered with the product as a condition for an eventual complaint.
